If you’re not totally satisfied with your purchase you can return new and unopened products within 30 days for a full refund. Please email our customer support team at [email protected] ask for a returned address or a prepaid return shipping label.
We do not accept return on being modified from its original form, dirty, stained, or damaged products. In this case, we are unable to refund or exchange your items. Refunds will be made in the same form of payment originally used to make the purchase. When a promotional item included in the original transaction is not returned, the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund amount.
If item is damaged or incomplete, we may be able to ship replacement parts from our warehouses or supplier. Please contact our customer support team within 180 days to assist with a refund or an exact replacement. Images of the damaged or defective product are sometimes required. We may not be able to replace the products or issue a refund if beyond the return or exchange period.
